Games that pull you back

Hi,
What games do you guys always come back to? Right now, I have Shadow of War, Nioh, Evil Within 2, and Assassin's Creed Origins that I'm going through. However...last night, I found myself delving into yet another ME campaign on Total Warhammer 2.
I always have a Total War installed on my computer. My other pullback game is Forza. Sometimes you just need to race around some corners. I used to really enjoy shooters, but not so much anymore. I love Total War because it's a super fun version of chess, with some empire building to boot. I love my brain getting some exercise. With cars...well, I'm just a car guy, so I have to come back from time to time.
What games/series do you guys come back to, even when you have a backlog of new releases you are anxious to play?
