Mutli select parameter has too many values

Hi,
I have a multi select parameter called "PLU" that displays available values based on another parameter called 'location' If the user selects all locations, the list of possible PLUs becomes so long that SSRS errors out if the users selects all PLUs. Is there a way to allow for a very long list of possible values in a multi select parameter?
